Company History and Background

Peter Elias established Quality Mapping Service in 1978, providing radius maps, notification material and consulting services in the field of land use planning and entitlements.

Quality Mapping Service is now one of the largest providers of radius maps and public notification materials in the Greater Los Angeles area and surrounding communities. These services, now totaling over 15,000 applications, have been a vital part of each entitlement.

We also provide consulting and management services for various projects through the entitlement process, from application submittal to project approval. This process includes representing projects before the appropriate City Council, Planning Commission, or Office of City Zoning Administration.

Quality Mapping Service has a wide range of clientele ranging from civil engineers, architects, and land surveyors to law firms, real estate developers, homebuilders and individual property owners.
